The Inch by Inch team welcomed Phillip in the summer of 2021 where he assists the team on all current projects. Phillips' innate skills were passed down through his great grandfather and father, who were accomplished woodworking craftsmen.

Outside of working for Inch by Inch, Phillip likes to walk around flea markets, reading and playing video games.
